MANDY:
Mandy’s passion for wine sparked through trips to northeastern Italy to visit her aunt, where she would run around the vineyard in her summer holidays, picking grapes and surrounded by fantastic winemakers of Piedmonte. When she started her career in the hospitality industry, she immediately picked up drinks and wine projects, curating wine lists and menus for over 30 different restaurants and bar environments.
Mandy has over 8 years of experience in marketing and partnerships, having spent the majority of her career in the hospitality industry, working at some of the biggest sporting events in the UK. Listed in the 30 under 30 Restaurant marketing and innovator awards, her customer focus has been on driving experiences through hospitality. She is passionate about race and diversity in the wine industry and is striving to make wine more inclusive and accessible

ANOUSHICA:
I started my wine journey over 7 years ago as a head waiter at the River Café where my passion for wine was realised and led me to my current role in Sales at Liberty Wines. I am now the Sales rep for the South London area, working with both on and off-trade businesses. In 2019 I also started Sweet Spice Wines which was born out of the desire to start a conversation about the lack of POC representation in the wine world. Sweet Spice is an events platform centering people of colour and attempting to shift the narrative around wine to make it a more inclusive experience.
