Hello. This is the first chapter of the Chilean Wine Tourism Channel
I did just a chapter zero last week, just to mention the current situation, the historical moment we are living here in Chile.
Now, I won´t talk about the political situation
But, if you want to know more, or details about our current situation, just feel free to ask through my whatsapp or my email and I´ll let you know more.
In this video, I want to show my country. I´m very proud of the places people and the vineyards that we have here in Chile
So in this video I’ll show you from northern Chile all through southern Chile
Especially in the middle, Santiago.
Santiago, the capital of Chile is a beautiful city, and the most important is. It has a lot of places around, like mountains (The Andes), the vineyards which are very very beautiful and with excellent wines and good prices for all of them and the coast. So Chile has beautiful beautiful places
I invite you to know more about it
………………………..
This is Chile, at the bottom of South America. In the north, we have Atacama Desert. It is around 2 hours by plane from Santiago. It is interesting.
In the opposite direction, about 3 hours from Santiago, we have Puerto Natales, and of course, Patagonia.
Patagonia is a beautiful place, it is a bit expensive, but it worth it. if you want to know more of it just ask us. hello@celebratechile.com
Now, in the central area, we have the great city of Santiago placed between mountains. This is a view of Santiago.
Santiago offers plenty of options to enjoy your stay, we can go on board on the “Teleferico” to get a fantastic view of the city. This is the Teleferico of Santiago, Santiago is a beautiful city. Or, if you want some adventure, we have a fantastic trip by bike doing a nice route to discover some hidden places of the city. It is a lovely way to explore the city indeed. This is a view of that trip.
We also would like to show you some awesome places to try really good wines and have dinner show with local music and dance. Santiago offers so many options.
The Andes, in Santiago, has wonderful spots to visit, there are such a variety of options like learning or doing snowboard or ski, we also teach with no extra charge, or just simply enjoy the view. But You don´t need to necessarily do ski, we also have families activities like ride on a sled, snow wars or doing a snowman. The Andes is a beautiful place very near to Santiago.
At the other side, just 2 hours by car, we have the coast. One of the most important coastal cities is Valparaiso and Viña del Mar (they are twin cities) so we visit during the same day both cities. Each one with a unique charm. Valparaiso has a super interesting history to tell, connected with the history of the world, especially with old England and Spain among others coutries.
In our way to Valparaiso we stop by in some nice spots to visit the “Llamas”, they are so lovely and they love carrots.
Now, the amazing central valley, where beautiful vineyards are located. We really love to do wine tourism, because it is a combination of beautiful landscapes, historical buildings, so well decorated, with beautiful bodegas (cellars) and of course excellent wines at good prices. In Chile, you don´t need to spend so much to get an iconic wine or premium wine, like in other wine countries. We have a lot of knowledge in this area and can help you to find wines according to your taste and budget. We are very proud of our Carmenere, a strain that was extinguished in France because of the filoxera. In Chile we didn´t get this plague, so we have it naturally.
Close to Santiago we have the valleys of Aconcagua, Maipo, Casablanca and Colchagua, so we recommend you to leave at least 3 days for wine tourism.
If you want the most popular trips, we have an APP for that, now if you want a personalized trip, you can leave us a message through whatsapp or email
