To create one of a kind tones and depth of color, the flooring is fumed and lime-washed. Cut in the traditional European “live sawn” method, the Palladio collection is made with boards from the entire log. This produces quarter sawn, cathedral graining, and natural variations to create the character seen in historic French châteaux.
