4 green chillies
1/2 tsp black peppercorns
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1.5 inch cinnamon stick
4 dried Kashmiri red chillies
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
1 cup palm vinegar

1 kg whole chicken
1 tsp or 1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt
1/4 cup white wine (cooking wine)

For the stuffing
1 tbsp oil
1 cup sliced onions
1/2 cup potatoes
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup french beans
1/2 cup peas
1 cup Goan sausages
