I got wind that a new Texas winery focusing on Rhône Valley blends was opening soon. Then I found out that some of the best wine professionals in the Texas Hillcountry were the folks partnering together to get it done. I HAD to see if this place was as good as I thought it would be and I was not disappointed. Today, let’s take a look at The French Connection Winery in Hye, Texas and sip on a little of their La Connection White Wine Blend.
