Today, we will make French crepes, which is a famous recipe here in France. It is quick, easy to make, tasty and appreciated by children.
You can eat crepes with anything you want in it. I personnaly prefer crepes with chocolate 🙂
Here are the ingredients :
– 250 gr of flour
– 4 eggs
– 20 gr of sugar
– 50 gr of butter
– 500 ml milk
– 1 pinch of salt + 1 tsp vanilla essence
