Sub Theme: SOUP_HOT MEAL IN POT

Traditionally, in Western European soup is a dish that is intended to be softened by moistening hardened bread. So, even in modern Europe, the status of soup is perceived as a pre-dinner appetizer or a food that is simply eaten when you can’t just prepare.
In France, foods such as soup were thought to be less luxurious. It is said that soup is avoided even as an appetiser, and is made for staple food only when it comes out with great quality ingredients such as lobster, or when you just want to eat it with your family. European staple soups also exist, but they are very special or close to stews from the ingredients, and even from the background of their birth, there are many things that started out as popular dishes and then advanced. The famous French onion soup is a representative example of the latter, and has existed as a home-cooked meal for the common people, then settled in its present form in the 18th century, and went up to the restaurant menu in the 19th century.
