This recipe is a much healthier alternative to regular french toast. The main reason being the use egg whites and the natural sweeteners such as bananas and blueberries.
How to cook:
After following the steps of soaking the bread, let each side cook on the pan for a minute. After each side cooks make sure both sides have golden brown color. This may take an extra minute on each side of the bread. Flip until golden brown.
