Baby may eat around 1/2 cup of food around 9+ months..
The consistency can be a thick puree or mashed (depends on your baby’s choice 🙂
Ingredients:
Recipe #1 – Rice, Carrot, Kale

For 1 time meal:
2 tsp rice
1/4 cup of carrot (chopped)
1/4 cup of kale (chopped)
water – 3/4 cup
For freezing : (1 week food 9 month old)
1/2 cup of rice
1.5 cup of carrot
1.5 cup of kale
water – 3 cups
Recipe # 2 – Rice, Broccoli & Parsnip

For 1 time meal:
2 tsp rice
1/4 cup of broccoli (chopped)
1/4 cup of parsnip (chopped)
water – 3/4 cup
For freezing : (1 week food 9 month old)
1/2 cup of rice
1 cup of broccoli
1.5 cups of parsnip
water – 3 cups
Recipe # 3 – Rice, Cauliflower, Brown Lentil

For 1 time meal:
2 tsp rice
1/4 cup of cauliflower (chopped)
1.5 Tbsp of brown lentil(chopped)
water – 3/4 cup
For freezing : (1 week food 9 month old)
1/2 cup of rice
1.5 cups of cauliflower
2/3 cup of brown lentil
water – 3 cups
Recipe # 4 – Rice, broccoli & black eyed pea

For 1 time meal:
2 tsp rice
1/4 cup of broccoli (chopped)
1.5 Tbsp black eyed pea (soaked)
water – 3/4 cup
For freezing : (1 week food 9 month old)
1/2 cup of rice
1.5 cups of broccoli
1/2 cup of soaked black eyed pea
water – 3 cups
Recipe # 5 – Rice, Parsnip & French green Lentil
