Ingredients :
All purpose flour ( maida) 2&1/4 cup (319gm)
Sugar 2 Tbsp
Instant dry yeast 1tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Milk 1/2 cup (113ml)
Butter 1/4 cup (57gm)
Sesame seeds some
One egg yolk for brushing.
Recipe :
Add flour, sugar, yeast, salt in a bowl mix it with fork. Keep it a side.
In a bowl beat egg.
Warm milk until lukewarm.
Now add eggs in a dry ingredients & mix with machine or with hands, then add milk little at a time mix it we need soft sticky dough.
After adding 1/2 cup milk in video dough is dry we need more milk so iam taking 1/2 cup milk more & adding little at a time & make a soft sticky dough, in last add butter & neat the dough.
Dough is ready now transfer into counter top add some flour & make a round ball.
Grease bowl with oil & transform dough in a bowl brush some oil on top & cover & leave it in a warm place for rising it.
After rising transfer on counter top dust little flour & divide into 6 to 7 pieces.
Now give them bun Shap.
Transfer into baking tray cover & proof it for another 1 hour.
After one hour brush egg on top sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Preheat over before 20 minutes.
At 200°C on both grills. If electric oven.
If gass oven preheat at 180°C for minutes.
Bake for 30 minutes frist on lower grill.
After 30 minutes check it & on uper grill give nice golden colours on top. Off the lower grill.
It’s ready brush butter on top.
Serve with hot tea or coffee.
