1. INGREDIENTS.
CHICKEN BREAST. 1/2.
FRESH CREAM. 200 ML.
MILK. 100 ML.
CHICKEN MEAT BOLL. 10_15.
MUSHROOMS. 100_150 GRAMS.
SALT. TO TASTE.
CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER. TO TASTE.
CORN FLOUR. 1 TABLESPOON.
NUTMEG POWDER. 1/4 TEASPOON.
HALF CHICKEN KNOR CUBE.
FRESH CHOPPED PARSLEY LEAVES. TO GARNISH.
2. INSTRUCTIONS.
1. BOIL THE CHICKEN BREAST IN WATER BY ADDING SALT AND BLACK PEPPER ACCORDING TO TASTE.
2. ADD FRESH CREAM IN ANOTHER PAN AND PUT ON MEDIUM FLAME.
3. ADD MILK, BLACK PEPPER POWDER AND NUTMEG IN IT.
4. ADD NOW CHICKEN MEATBALLS.
5. MIX TO IT TO AVOID BURNING.
6. CHECK IF THE CHICKEN BREAST IS WELL BOILED OR NEED A LITTLE BIT MORE TIME.
7. ADD ALMOST HALF CUP OF CHICKEN STOLK IN FRESH CREAM AND MILK TO ENHANCE THE TASTE.
8. ADD MUSHROOMS ALSO IN CHIKENBREAST TO SOFTEN.
9. ADD CHICKEN KNOR CUBE IN AND MIX.
10. MIX CORN FLOUR IN COLD WATER AND POUR SLIGHTLY IN THE CREAM PAN TO MAKE IT THICKER.
11. ADD ALL THE CHICKEN BREAST AND MUSHROOMS IN THE FRESH CREAM PAN.
12. MIX A LITTLEBIT AND THE FRENCH RECIPE VIDEE IS READY.
