French Onion Pork Chops.

1.5 lbs of Pork Chops
3 Small Onions Peeled
2 Celery Stalks Chopped
3 Teaspoons of Pepper
3 Teaspoons of Garlic
3 Teaspoons of Onion Soup Mix
3 Tablespoons of oil For Pork Chops
3 Tablespoons of Oil for Frying Pan
1 Shake and Bake with Baggie

Peel onions slice one side breaking them into rings. Only chopping small piece left. Chop celery about a half inch. Rinse pork chops, set aside. On medium heat add salt to your frying pan and 3 tablespoons of oil. Add onions and celery with a teaspoon of garlic and pepper. Once onions start to brown turn heat to low letting them sit a few more minutes until they’re translucent. Once caramelized set aside. Season rinsed porks with garlic and pepper, abd with oil. Then put into shake and bake with the onion soup mix. Place pork in bag. Shake well. Repeat each pork twice. So it’s completely coated. Once all porks are coated, use a swatted spoon to scoop out your onions placing them onto the pork chops. Season once more with a teaspoon of garlic and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for thirty minutes. #dinner
Apple Cobbler

9 Apples Cores Removed
1 Cup of Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Cinnamon
Stock Pot Filled to The Rim.

Crumb Topping

2 Cups of Flour
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon
1 1/2 Cups Melted Butter

Boil apples until soft in pot. Once soft take 3 cups of the liquid from the stock pot put into bowl. Drain rest of the apples and put into bowl for your stand mixer. In a bowl add flour, sugar, cinnamon. Mix, add butter slowly breaking up so the flour looks like crumbs. Once apples are mixed in a non greased pan, add apples and scoop out crumbs covering them. Drizzle rest of butter. Bake at 350 44 minutes until done. #dessert #lettuceeat
