Bread mix
700g = 25 oz bread flour
1/2 = 3/4 oz tsp instant dried yeast
1 1/2 tsp of Kosher salt
520g = 19 oz cool tap water
Bake at 450 degree for 20-25 min.
You needs the following tools
Baking tray, baking rack, rectangular baking pan, wood spoon, small sharp knife and a sprayer bottle
