Hi all,
In this video I would like to share a recipe of entrecote steak with red wine sauce with home version. A typical French cuisine , a perfect choice for Dinner . There are some cooking technic to get good steak, for example Sous vide that usually used in restaurant able to control temp of meat . As i dont have that equipment, so i just use pan-seared technic , but the result is as amazing as like in the restaurant.
A little bit information about entrecote, it is the fattest and most flavorful cut of steak. Entrecote, comes from Rib area of cow, and has different name like : Ribeye, Scoth fillet, club or Demonico.
A combination of entrecote juice with bold Red Wine sauce , it makes steak became a perfect dish, so delicious , mouthwatering and elegant especially for dinner.
For red wine, In this Video, it is from Bordeux-France. A rich, currant-like fruit flavors with balanced soft tannins , a medium body with an elegant claret character and high acidity . This high acidity is perfect to breakdown fat of entrecote.
