Preparation
Heat the pan and pour in 10 ml of oil. Put in 150 gms of grated coconut and saute well. Add 25 gms of raisins and saute well. Add 4 spoons of sugar and saute and mix well. Take off the flame after sauteing for 5 minutes. Take 3 pieces of bread .Take a slice of bread and cut diagonally into two triangular shaped pieces . Apply the Coconut mixture evenly on it. Take another slice and put on top to make a sandwich. Do this with the other slices. In a bowl break 2 eggs. Add a spoon of sugar to the egg mixture . Mix well. Dip the sandwiches in the egg mixture and fry in a heated pan by turning from side to side after applying oil on the pan. Take off the pan and serve
