• 3 pounds of yellow onions
• 8 Tbsp of butter
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 boxes (1.8L) of beef broth
• 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
• 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 baguette
• Gruyere cheese
