One Pan Egg Toast|Korean Style French Toast Omelette | Breakfast Egg Recipes
One pan toast is very simple and filling recipe for breakfast time!
Try out this simple yet delicious recipe.
Ingredients
5-6 bread slices
3-4 tbsp oil/butter/ghee
For the omelette mixture:
6 eggs
salt – to taste
2 green chillis
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger piece
coriander
Instructions
Firstly, in a bowl, beat the eggs and add into it.
Into it, add salt as per taste, green chillis, Grated ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, coriander and salt as per taste
Stir the mixture well.
Heat the tawa/gridle and put it on low flame.
Over the gridle add oil/ghee/butter and heat it.
Add the omelette mixture and spread it well.
Take 2 bread slice and keep it on the omelette mixture and flip the omlet and rest it till bread is crisp from the side
Doing this way for all.
Similarly, dip the other bread slices on the omelette and flip the bread and rest them on the omelet.
Cook the bread omelet perfectly on both the sides on lowflame.
Remove the bread omelette from the tawa and serve hot with ketchup.
