I’m trying to make this beige bedroom feel less plain without adding framed art.
I recently came across Liezhi weave, a handmade textile made by weaving leftover fabric strips into a new surface. I like that it’s upcycled and imperfect — the texture feels more lived-in than a regular wall hanging.
I want to hang one piece on the blank wall, but I can’t decide which works better:
A: brighter warm colors
B: darker striped colors
For this room, would you choose A or B? Or is the wall already too soft/neutral for something this colorful?

You could try getting a bed frame instead of just the mattress on the floor.
