I had some wine from mid-March that we “re-corked” after drinking it. The bottle was not refrigerated and left out.

Any thoughts on whether or not it would be okay to drink?

    It’s “ok” so far as it won’t make you sick. It’s less likely it will still taste good. Give it a shot.

    Dude that’s been sitting since March without refrigeration? I’d pass on that one – wine doesn’t really stay good that long after opening, especially at room temperature. You’ll probably taste it immediately if it’s gone bad but why risk feeling awful for rest of day
