Finally getting around to the living room and kitchen (that will be another post)..
Planning to rip out the carpet soonish, just haven’t decided what my plan is here yet. What do you suggest?
EDIT: if you have paint color suggestions, I would be more than accepting!!

Put the large dresser against the back wall and get a TV stand, try to hide away all workout weights and dog toys. Maybe a rug to center the room along with a small coffee table or side tables so there’s somewhere to put drinks when relaxing
An actual tv stand, so the tv is sitting at the proper height. Print off some pictures and hang them up, art work, shelves, etc
Totally agree on ripping out that carpet, ’cause this space has amazing potential! I’d swap it for some light wood planks to keep it feeling bright and airy. Also, try a warm paint color like a sage green; it would pair perfectly with the wood and the cats! Check out this quick vision board I whipped up for ya.
