Seny i Rauxa wine pairing at Somni (3* restaurant in LA). Very pricey at ~$900 but decided to splurge given this was a restaurant I had been meaning to try for a long time now
Thoughts on the list? Some standouts for me – the champagne, Clos la Neore, Arnoux-Lachaux, Bond. Not nearly as well versed in wine as many in this subreddit so curious for reactions

Looks like a pretty solid lineup to me.
damn 900 bucks for wine pairing makes my wallet cry just looking at this but gotta admit the selection looks pretty solid especially with that bond cab
Fucking baller wines, all of them. And with appropriate age which isn’t always the case. If blowing $1k on a wine pairing isn’t a poor financial decision for you (and fuck you if it isn’t) then this is awesome.
Looks amazing. I love Clos Rougeard (had this in a pairing at Saison in SF) and a 26 year old vintage of Bond sounds great.
B+ for list. Solid picks that I would be excited to drink but only a couple picks that are actually difficult to source.
D for value. I would pay $400 for this pairing.
That Marcassin is fresher than other vintages I’ve had. But tbh I’d rather have DDLC Juliet on the flight.
