This Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley is soft and elegant, and nicely balanced.
Already showing great complexity, although still very young and needs another 5 years in the bottle to mature. Will continue to age nicely in the next 15 years.
Doesn’t show like a Napa Cabernet at this point. I had the 2019 recently and it was drinking very differently. Very interesting.
Good by itself as a sipping wine.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged for 35 months in all new French oak barrels.
