I have a really strong feeling about this bathroom, I’m just not sure if it’s positive or negative.

I think you could leave it blank and let the wallpaper shine! Very cute 🐶

I love a themed bathroom.
At one time I was going to do a 1950’s themed bathroom complete with vintage poodle wallpaper – the kind where well dressed poodles are sauntering around Paris
A little shelf for lotion, air freshener, or a candle might be nice. Maybe one with a bar beneath for a hand towel.

Put nothing there.

maybe a simple shelf but keep it very basic with maybe just a candle and a little bowl with some matchbooks next to it, and then a small semi hanging plant

I don’t know that you need anything, but I would do a Roman shade on the window
Definitely a shelf, where you could have a plant and some functional bathroom accessories: lotion in a glass bottle, reed diffuser, perhaps a metal box with first aid, tissues or towels, or a bowl with touch up items like lip balm? Nothing to cluttered, but functional

Well it has to be a painting of a dog of course. Something old fashioned with a little bit of color to offset the beige but not go overboard.

That light fixture is so over the top that you need a piece of art that competes with it. How about a Wegman print.

I’ll trade you a boob light for the chandelier!

I cannot say if I love or hate it- definitely one of those. Leave the rest of the wall bare, you have enough going on!

You should put a dog pooping

In the wall i would put a shelf for extra towels and a nice picture frame, also I would attached the towels bar on the lower part of the shelf minimizing the holes in the wall, and you need some sort of window covering

Nothing, let the paper be your art. Powder room looks great. Nice job.

A dog silhouette painting would be lovely

Two dark wooden shelves with some dog sculptures
