Is this art size too small for my wall?

I’ll be staining the frame a darker color, and there’s a lot of other changes I’m making to the living room (including the other art on the back wall)- so ignore all that😅. Right now I just need to know if this landscape art is too small for the wall it’s on. The cabinet below it is tall and narrow, plus it’s between the fire place & back door, so I thought I could get away with using a smaller size (16”L X 20”W) but now I’m wondering if it’s too small. I originally had it placed higher on the wall but just lowered it. On the opposite parallel wall (not pictured) I have a gallery wall of family photos, so I just wanted one single piece of art for this wall. I’ve included 3 pics of diff views of it.
