It was Malbec day this past Friday the 17th and I got to open this beautiful bottle on Sunday, what a delight , fresh dark fruits, balance, acidity, and a very long finish, tried it in the burgundy glass because of its aromatics, but the fruit expressed better on the Malbec glass… duh 😅, if you’re into Argentineans grand crux’s let me recommend this work of art by the good people from Altos las Hormigas.

Paired with tenderloin, bone marrow and argentineans sauces ; chimichurri and criolla.
