I’d prob not have my office in an open area like that. The mirrors are reflecting too much energy, people walking by to grab an ice cream will bother you while working, talking to you, looking at your screen from the mirror. The rug is too busy maybe

Yeah, I think there’s 1 or 2 too many obstacles around the desk. I’d move the gold cube at least so you can walk around both sides

And yes you got too many things going on. A shiny gold box, a busy rug, a bunch of frames on the wall. Not a good focal point but I would say my office is not much better in terms of random stuff.
Plus that chair…are you gonna get work done or watch some netflix and doze off

If you are using to work I would rethink that chair. Sitting in a chair like that every day for 8 hours will destroy your back. At the end of the day a home office is supposed to be functional, there is no point in having a pretty chair if it is uncomfortable to use it. Honestly I think the space is really busy, it would make me feel overwhelmed. I also really dislike that rug, it feels weird with that furniture etc. My personal opinion tho, everyone has their own taste.
