2020 Peter Lauer Kern #9

Citrus, white stone, and creamy notes on the nose. High acidity, surprisingly high rs, slightly out of balance but not cloying. Limeade on the initial attack, broadens out to mineral and saline notes. My first time with this bottling, and as I was expecting trocken this caught me by surprise. Still, very nice, wish Lauer would get rid of this stupid number system so I can figure out what I'm drinking ahead of time.
