For a first batch… just wow. Structural perfection. The fruit, the shape, the tannins all lift together and it just holds through the finish.
I haven’t been blown away like this in years, and I’ve been collecting since the early 2000s.
Apparently every Victorian and their dog is chasing a bottle. I managed to snap up a few. If you can find one, dew it.
