I would like to do something other than just have it be a long entrance hallway. The walls have been painted white, mirror and sconces have been removed, and the light fixture has been replaced so far. TIA.
The couch is in an awkward spot. Can you move it closer to that purple chair and tie the two together with a rug under both?
The arches are a really cool feature that make the space interesting and open and it gets squandered by the couch cutting it off completely and making that “long hallway” feeling.

it looks like a theater stage, if this is your house you should tear down the partition wall, create a luscious seating area in front of the fireplace , and using credenzas or sofa table to anchor the space, opposite in the corners ( where the orange walls meet the light butter cup)place 2 chairs with some plants, on the floor a nice area rug with a round table to welcome guess coming in.

Looking at photo 1, I feel like I’m watching the end of Get Smart, with endless layers of doorways. I don’t understand this floor plan.
I’d close up two of the blue arches so you actually HAVE a hallway back; right now it’s not a hallway. And why would you put a sofa smack in front of an arch?
I’d either close up two of your arches to reclaim your living room, or just tear out this Swiss cheese wall altogether. Right now you have a weird funhouse that makes no sense.

This is a beautiful blank canvas love those arches!
Add a long sofa table to the back of the couch, put some baskets under it for throw blankets and shoes and other stuff. Add a lamp, some plants, books, whatever your into on the sofa table.
And if I’m being honest the orange on just one wall is what is throwing off everything. You could try painting it a lighter color or if you really want the orange you can paint the arches front and back to match the wall and ceiling to give a bohemian flare. If you’re into that.
