I’ve thought about painting this bathroom for years but could never decide what color would look nice. I love the green tile and would like to accentuate it if possible. I don’t love the mirror or the light fixtures but not sure what would look better. Any advice is appreciated!

You’re on the right track. New mirror and lights (and move the poster up higher). I think the current color is nice, but if you like you could go darker to match the dark green tiles.
I think your bathroom is beautiful as is. That could be an inspiration pic for me lol. The only thing I would do is swap the picture frames with white ones and put one of those jelly balls behind the top frame to keep it from tilting. And maybe lighten up the floor.
I’d say replace the piece with a lot of pictures with just one bigger piece. The small space is looking a bit crowded with all those small images. Maybe a small light next to the little plant so you dont have to wake up to the bright lights when you go pee in the night
