Moved into a new place recently with a dining room and living room layout that looks like this and I’m really struggling with figuring out where to put the TV and couch. My partner says option 1 but I feel like it might get crowded with the dining room being connected and I’m potentially thinking options 2 or 3. Option 2 would put the TV at a weird angle and option 3 would put it pretty far from the couch and will be right next to the staircase and kind of by the door. Another option I was potentially thinking was to put the couch in the corner by couch 2 and 3 and then putting a tv stand along the wall? I think it would look good from the couch but maybe not as good from the entrance by the stairs? Any suggestions?
