Tumble rugs has 2.5×10. IDK if the extra 1/2 inch would work for you but I absolutely love their rugs. I have 4 of them in my home; 2 runners and 2 area rugs.
Another option is to check Wayfair. You could also go to a rug store and see if they can make you a customer runner with binding. I once took a rug that didn’t fit into a rug store and they were able to cut it and bind it for me.
