Contractor damaged my discontinued wallpaper with paint — any way to fix or replicate it?

I hired a contractor to paint my ceilings, but they accidentally got paint on my wallpaper and damaged it.

Unfortunately, the wallpaper has already been discontinued.

Does anyone know how I can safely remove paint from wallpaper without causing further damage?

Also, are there any wallpaper companies or manufacturers that can replicate this exact design?
