Sharing a new find for us, and maybe you’ll like it too. In my opinion, this is a wine that must be decanted to be fully realized.
If you enjoy Artemis, and look for something at the same refinement level that is less fruit forward… try Sagemoor.
They have old vines that are sold to Long Shadows, which is seemingly a higher end wine in the region. Personally, I don’t enjoy Long Shadows while enjoying Sagemoor which tells me much about the wine makers.
Anyway, it’s about $75/btl and worth a taste.
