Really love this sofa and this mustard yellow color. It’s very bold, which I am ok with. The problem with very bold moves is they often get dated quickly.
I actually saw this color experts blog post about the color. It’s a love it or hate it choice. https://amywax.com/mustard-yellow-love-it-or-hate-it/

I think you’d regret a grey sofa more. Go for it!!
Love love love it! I don’t think it’s particularly bold, honestly. My couch is a pretty saturated shade of blue. I’ve had it for six ish years and am nowhere close to being tired of the color.
I’ve wanted a mustard yellow couch for probably 10 years, so I say you will not regret!
What’s it going to do, fade to beige?
It’s a neutral so you can do a lot with it over the years. It’s beautiful…go for it!
If you love it, go for it. I bought a green velvet sofa for a really good deal – I bought it for when I moved. I kept the thing wrapped up and stored away till then. The intended move didn’t end up happening. Fast forward to now and I’m currently sitting on my green velvet couch more than 3 years later in my new apartment and I love it just as much as I did the day I bought it. And once this one dies on me, I’ll probably get another green velvet couch.
TLDR: buy the damn thing
