We inherited this amazing bedroom set from my husband’s late grandparents, but I’ve really struggled with how to style the tall boy. It’s taller than most dressers we’ve used (and I’m pretty short) and the scale of the art feels off. I’ve tried a few pieces here and I can’t get it to look right. What’s throwing me off? Other pics of the room for a feel of our style and of course some dog tax.

Honestly, let the furniture speak for itself by removing the decor on top. I’d personally enjoy a more minimal look by removing the framed art, or place it elsewhere. Instead, opt for a few green plants and a simple mirror. I love your green walls, but if you’re looking to update the room, a more jewel toned richer green would make the furniture pop even more.
