Chenin from a master in Loire. High acidity, but rich, thick, and really well structured for drinking now. Packed with stewed stone fruit, rhubarb, and cream. This will age really well too I think. Probably softening to burnt butter and popcorn and pastry. Has an oxy vibe without being oxy if that makes sense? This was the last one at Highbury Library in London. Going to grab one and stash it if I can find again

A skin contact Chenin would be absolutely enticing! Sounds like a once every few years type of wine 🙂 would have loved to see the color but good review.
