We just moved here, please ignore the mess. What colors would work with this grey bathroom. I can’t change the wall color for the time being. But I can add paintings. I’m pretty much changing everything, rug, shower curtain, mirrors. We are getting blinds too.

Teak or bamboo bath mats… red and yellow runner rug, warm yellow towels?
The terracotta and rust colors should quickly heat the space up in contrast to the cool grey marble. Rust colored shower curtains and terracotta or clay colored bath mats should make a significant contribution by themselves.
When it comes to towels, replace green color with such warm shades as mustard, burnt orange or even deep cream. Wooden elements can be also helpful, taking into account the dark wooden vanity, so it is possible to use wooden mirror frame instead of just plain one.
As to paintings, it is better to choose warm and earthy colors instead of cold blue or grey shades. Some botanical prints with warm green colors, desert or terracotta landscape, as well as some abstract art with warm color scheme are suitable for the room.
Do not choose anything white or icy colored for the blinds, if there is a possibility. Warm white or even natural wood tone blind looks much more pleasant against the grey walls.
That grey tile is a downer, ideally it would be replaced. Short of that. Paint the walls and ceiling a warm color. Some plants by the window. A couple of fluffy rugs.
Golds anywhere – there’s nice metal sun decor that would go great on that wall, plus the yellow towels is a good suggestion.
Incandescent or warm colour bulbs for warm lighting
Jesus Christ. Do you ever just move your shower curtain and shower in the middle of your bathroom?
