   Cristal / Chablis – on another note, try not to store your long term wines in a normal fridge. The lack of humidity can dry out the corks and it’s too cold

   Cristal would be a great treat for the evening, but I’d try something new, like that Stargazer Tasmanian Chard or the Pedro Parra Cinsault
