I unfortunately can’t stand the laminate flooring upstairs but don’t have the budget to redo them. At the same time, I’m having a hard time finding a paint color for my bedroom and office that doesn’t clash so much with the floor. Would love to go for a modern organic vibe but Natural Linen seems too yellow against these floors? It’s like the laminate bounces between warm and cool undertones. I’m sick of greys and blues but I’m thinking I may have to go that route. I would appreciate any thoughts if anyone has tried to go for a more neutral/warm organic vibes with dark floors.

Sherwin Williams accessible beige or alabaster. Unless you want a green, moss and sage colors would also look nice.

It can totally be done. Search Pinterest for “dark floors organic neutrals” Most are a creamy white but there’s some beautiful sage greens and even charcoals that look beautiful.
