this is a horrible picture; once we move in i will be able to get measurements and better photos (we are buying one of my husband'a grandparent's properties), but what can i place in either (or both) of these spots? i thought about either a little bench or one of those entryway table things to set your keys on etc? i just don't know if it would feel too crowded? if you guys think so? then what do you think i should do? ❤️

those spots are perfect for functional stuff! i’d go with small console table on left side – just narrow one so it doesn’t block the flow when you’re coming in door with groceries or whatever. the right spot by the other room entrance might be better for something like coat hooks on wall or maybe small plant stand 🌿

from my experience in small spaces (comes with being chef in tiny apartment lol), you want to keep main walkway clear but still have place to drop keys and mail. maybe wait until you move in and see how you actually use the space for few days? sometimes what seems crowded in your head works fine in real life. congrats on the new place btw! 😊
