It’s part of a newer project from their winemaker, who cut vineyard yields aggressively to push quality. The result is super refined. Silky, balanced, quite structured, with dark fruit, some pepper, a bit of earthiness. It has body but still feels precise and clean
Came out genuinely impressed.
