Nose is strawberries and candied red apples. Palate is bright raspberries and crunchy red apples. Acidity is so crisp and the fruit is so fresh.
This same producer also makes a white version of this brut and I think with both of these, if I had my eyes closed, I would assume I’m drinking an entry level champagne.
Best part is that they’re $35-40.
