
I had pesto with Pistacchios in Italy over the last couple of weeks – twice. I obviously loved it and had to give it a try. I really liked the result.
It helped that I had fresh basil and tomatoes from my parents garden.
Also, I took a risk choosing the DeSpar Premium Orecchiette over better known brands but I have to say they were great too. Very hard to mess em up as in it's quite easy to make em al dente.
