嗨!大家好,我是 Cassandre, 今天的『食不相瞞』我們要來做一道非常有法式鄉村風味的家常甜點:法式櫻桃派 ( French Cherry Clafoutis/ clafoutis aux cerises)。 法式櫻桃派是一道非常老派的家常甜點,據說它最早起源於十九世紀法國中南部的 Limousin 地區,這個地區以生產黑櫻桃聞名。法式櫻桃派雖然稱之為派,但因為不需要使用塔皮跟派皮,所以吃起來又不那麼像派的口感,它有點類似比較Q彈的卡士達布丁,所以也有人稱它為法式櫻桃布丁蛋糕,或櫻桃布丁派,甚至有人就直接稱呼它為克拉芙緹(Clafoutis 的法文直譯)。 第一次看到法式櫻桃派的食譜時,很驚訝它原來如此簡單,麵糊調起來也很容易,果然是符合家常的標準;在烤模的使用上,可以使用能進烤箱的平底鍋、焗烤盤或者蛋糕烤盤也都ok。還有就是櫻桃是季節性水果,如果不好買,也可以用其它的水果像是蘋果、水蜜桃、黑莓、紅莓等來替代哦!希望大家會喜歡這集的影片!:) 這支影片還有無人聲的 #ASMR 版本: ———————————————————————– French…
