Curtain upgrade?

Thank you everyone for all your pillow advice yesterday! I‘m looking to keep them but am now investigating switching up the curtains of my living room. Could you let me know your thoughts? I’d aim to hang the tan ones higher and hem them. (Blue is what I currently own).
