Light, elegant, fresh, a bit sophisticated. One of the best Gamays I’ve tasted so far.

Beautiful wine! But wax capsules are a pain in the ass.

Next time you encounter a wax capsule, just treat it the same way you would as if you removed the foil from a bottle, and just punch straight through it with the corkscrew.
I honestly think Foillard is my favourite producer..that tiny bit of Brett really kicks everything up a gear
