Well Woven brand of washable rugs – not recommended!

I bought a washable rug from Well Woven, and it is JUNK. I tried to return or even replace it, but no matter how I showed or explained that it wouldn't lie flat and was coming unstitched at the corners, they said it would flatten out over time. Clearly, it will not. Their return policy for custom sizes is “no returns,” which applies to poorly made ones as well. Plus, there's a no-return policy on used rugs, so telling me to use the rug and it will flatten out also makes it non-returnable.

I have dogs and live in an area with lots of rain and snow, so I need a rug that's easy to clean. In the past, I've had Ruggables, and they were great, but they didn't have any patterns I liked, so I tried Well Woven. Do not waste your time or money on this company.
