A family member is fond of my two small wine glasses (approx 3 1/2" high and roughly 4oz capacity) that I salvaged from a picnic set. I'd like to gift them a couple of similar glasses. Does anyone have a source for something like this one?

That’s closer to a brandy snifter than a wine glass. I would look at those.
The shape looks like ‘Arcoroc Amelia’ stackable stemware. Maybe, their smallest size (16 cl) may match your description.
