Does textured floral wall art actually make a room feel more “finished”?

I’ve been experimenting with different wall decor styles and noticed that textured paintings (not prints) give way more depth in real life.

Recently came across a soft floral piece in neutral tones — surprisingly it made the whole space feel warmer and less “flat”.

Curious what others think — do you prefer textured art or flat prints?

    I really enjoy the texture. It’s particularly nice in this setting where everything else is so smooth. It gives the room some life without adding too much color.
